The Jacksonville Jaguars have placed wide receiver Marqise Lee (shoulder) on the team’s reserve/injured list and promoted undrafted rookie CB Tae Hayes to the active roster.

The Jaguars also signed linebacker Keishawn Bierria to the practice squad and released linebacker Sutton Smith from the practice squad.

Hayes spent the first eight weeks of the season on the Jaguars’ practice squad before being promoted to the active roster. In the preseason, he posted 11 tackles and four passes defensed, including one interception. Hayes was a four-year player at Appalachian State and appeared in 44 games, totaling 97 tackles, 24 passes defensed, nine interceptions, eight tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks. He will wear No. 30 for the Jaguars.

Bierria has appeared in 20 career NFL games, all with the Denver Broncos and has posted five tackles. He was originally a sixth-round draft selection by Denver in the 2018 NFL Draft and was waived by the team on October 1, 2019. He will wear No. 45.
