Clocks at Jaguars stadium move back to normal time

The Jacksonville Jaguars have fired Tom Coughlin... and now the clocks can go back to reading the actually correct time.

Apparently Coughlin, the detail-oriented borderline sociopath, mandated that all clocks be set five minutes ahead. Why? Because if you’re on time, you’re on time. But all meetings should start five minutes early.

What competitive advantage does that give a team? Probably none. Does it introduce unneeded stress? You betcha!

“That’s the first thing I noticed when I got in here,” cornerback A.J. Bouye said Thursday from the locker room. “I thought that I was late for meetings. I look up, I had an extra five minutes, so I was good. That’s the only thing that’s changed.”

Absolute galaxy brain thinking from the currently unemployed Coughlin. We’re near the bottom of the league when it comes to turnover differential, but at least everyone knows they need to rush everywhere or else they’ll be fined part of their game check.
