The Jacksonville Jaguars (4-8) and Los Angeles Chargers (4-8) are both fighting to stave off a losing record. Sigh.
Before the game begins, we wanted to ask the Big Cat Country team (and you!) a simple question:
“How will the Jaguars do today?”

The Chargers running backs are as good as the Jaguars run defense is bad.
Chargers win 27-20

I think Gardner Minshew provides a spark and ends Jacksonville’s losing streak. While Phillip Rivers has historically torn the Jaguars to pieces, he looks like a shell of his former self this season. I could see Jacksonville’s pass rush causing problems for their offensive line and the immobile Rivers, although I could see Jacksonville’s offensive line struggling to contain the Chargers’ pass rush as well. I expect a close game.
Jaguars win 27-24

Chargers win 31-17

The Jaguars offense will be given a spark due to reinserting rookie quarterback Gardner Minshew into the starting lineup. Their issues with turnovers and pass protection, however, will persist, going against two of the best pass rushers in the NFL in Joey Bosa and Melvin Ingram.
Chargers win 35-21
