The Jacksonville Jaguars are currently tampering their heart outs, though they have not come to terms with any free agents it does sound like they’re trying to hammer out a deal for Philadelphia Eagles as most expect. According to Mike Silver of NFL Network, the two sides have interested and are trying to hammer out a deal.
"They believe he is a franchise lifting QB, and have a great infrastructure around him. I expect this to happen by the end of tonight @ $21-22M/yr. They're cautiously optimistic it'll get done quickly."

Now, I think most expect the Jaguars to hammer out a deal with Foles and end up with him but... why on Earth are they even thinking about paying Foles a deal that would average over $20 million per year in a market where the potential Nick Foles suitors include the Jaguars and the Jaguars.
Silver did note that if the two sides aren’t able to hammer out an agreement quickly by this evening than the Jaguars could move on to alternate options like Teddy Bridgewater, who Silver name checked specifically, though I believe it’s been reported he could head back to New Orleans as the backup.
