The Houston Texans are reportedly poaching another former defensive back from the Jacksonville Jaguars — this time it’s safety Tashaun Gipson, according to ESPN’s Dianna Russini.

Gipson, 28, was a good player on the Jaguars defense since he was signed as a free agent in 2016 and some would argue has played at close to a Pro Bowl level. But the Jaguars are going to be moving on from some players to clear cap space and after the team re-signed Jarrod Wilson some thought that Gipson could be on the chopping block.
The Jaguars couldn’t find a suitable trade partner so he tested the waters in free agency and found an interested team quickly.
Best of luck, Tashaun.
