Limiting Where to Look with Long Arm Athletically Limited Linemen that our Leader Likely Likes

It is once again that time of year,
to feign the actual BAP,
long live QB fear.

Apparently offensive line is once again the topic of the upcoming draft, so let's list off the players who Doug Marrone might be inclined to draft because of his personal biases.

Ranking the OL prospects in this year's draft with arms at least 34" long into tiers based on the strength of Marrone's apparent bias for certain physical traits (with an eye towards players projected in the top 120 picks) might look something like the one below.

For players without a vertical jump listed on 3sigmaathlete.com the player is assumed to hit a below average scored vertical jump height versus the zero that empty data field would otherwise indicate. Those few players are highlighted with an asterisk below.

TIER 1

Jawaan Taylor*

Cody Ford

Tytus Howard

Mike Jordan

TIER 2

Christopher Lindstrom

Greg Little

Dalton Risner

Yodny Cajuste*

Elgton Jenkins

TIER 3

There was no tier 3.

So there you have it, those are the offensive linemen most likely to have caught Marrone's bologna loving eyes who should all be on the board when we pick at 7th overall. Maybe we wait a little later on in the draft, since we've signed former Marrone "Tier 1 prospect" Cedric Oh-go-by-him in free agency.
