I will double as Trade Czar

For all GMs who have not already done so, please email me at:

hurricanehunter8765@yahoo.com

Dates:

March 24th, 2019 @ 12 Noon: Round 1

March 30th, 2019 @ 12 Noon: Rounds 2-3

March 31st, 2019 @ 12 Noon: Rounds 4-5

April 1st, 2019, Rounds 6-7 (plus a bonus round of UDFA signings)

Trades:

All trades must be fair and reasonable to be approved. Once two parties have aggreed to a trade, at least one party must email me with the terms of the trade. Include team names involved, as well as pick(s) and/or player(s) involved in an organized way. I will email you back in a timely fashion informing you wether it has been approved or declined. If approved, one trade partner must announce the trade on the thread. A thread deadicated to pre-draft trades will be posted in about a week, and attached will be a trade value chart. Use this chart to assist you in coming to an agreement. Once announced, I will update the draft order.

Draft selections:

When a GM makes their selection, please follow this format:

Subject line: With the 1st Overall Pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, the Arizona Cardinals Select:

Body: Player Name: Position, College (In Bold)

Followed by a brief explaination for the pick. 3-5 sentences for the first couple rounds, but once we get to the point where there's only like 2 minutes between picks, a brief sentence will be fine.

When I put a team on the clock, I will use the subject line. The Time Keeper will use the subject line to inform the GM on the clock how much time is left. The Assist. Commish will take over my role if needs be.

All GMs making a selection will utilize the subject line. If you are not selecting a player at that time, or commenting on a selection or the mock in general, wether you are a GM or not, please refrain from using the subject line, as it would cause some confusion.

Time Per Pick Per Round:

Round 1: 10 minutes

Round 2: 7 minutes

Round 3: 7 minutes

Round 4: 5 minutes

Round 5: 5 minutes

Round 6: 3 minutes

Round 7: 3 minutes

Comp. Picks: 2 minutes

UDFA: 3 minutes

UDFA:

Each GM will be able to select 4 UDFAs. The order will be decided based on the origional draft order for the first round. Trades do not count and the order will be set in stone. There will be no trading places in this phase. For example, Packers will only select 4 players when it's their turn at #12. The Saints will have their turn at #30. Raiders will have theirs at #4, and the Cowboys and Bears will have their turns, respectfully.

I will post the final results here on BCC, and then the results of each team will be posted on the other sites, and ask the fans to grade the picks.

If there are any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask either in the comments or via my email.
