The Jacksonville Jaguars have fined Telvin Smith a total of $88,650 for missing three days of mandatory minicamp last week, according to a screenshot of the linebacker’s Instagram account.
Telvin decided to sit out the 2019 NFL season shortly after the NFL Draft and has not had contact with the team since they started organized team activities.

“Oh y’all thght it was a game!!! You say you wanna sit & get ya life right. . . they say nah fuck you pay me!!! It’s still love!!”
The Jaguars have every right to do this and, personally, they should — just as Telvin has every right to sit out a year and get his mind right.
What do you think? Was this petty by the Jaguars... or is it a slippery slope when they let one player slide and miss practices? Let us know in the comments below!
