Jaguars injury news: Ryquell Armstead has ‘slight hamstring strain but will be ready for training camp’

The Jacksonville Jaguars have been without rookie running back Ryquell Armstead with an undisclosed leg injury for some time this week, but head coach Doug Marrone cleared all that up on Thursday morning saying the fifth round pick would be ready for training camp.

While training camp typically starts at the end of July for NFL teams and that can seem like a ways away, there really aren’t any other organized team activities between the end of mini camp and the beginning of training camp, so this really would be the earliest Armstead could come back.
