At West Virginia, Simms totaled 87 catches for 1,457 yards and eight touchdowns. He was also the team’s kick and punt returner on special teams.
Simms will likely fight for a No. 5 or No. 6 spot behind Dede Westbrook, Marqise Lee, Chris Conley, and DJ Chark.
