The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed eighth-year cornerback Josh Robinson and first-year safety Anthony “Fish” Smithson to the active roster.

Robinson has appeared in 85 career games and totaled 148 tackles (132 solo), 15 passes defensed, and five interceptions. After originally being drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft, he spent four seasons with the Vikings before signing as an unrestricted free agent with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Robinson played two seasons with the Buccaneers and most recently spent the 2018 season with the New Orleans Saints, where he appeared in 11 games.
Smithson originally signed with Washington in 2017 as an undrafted free agent and appeared in two games during his rookie season. He spent part of the 2018 season on Arizona’s practice squad and signed with the Los Angeles Chargers in 2019.
The Jaguars now have 90 players on their active roster
