FanPulse: Jaguars fan confidence improves during offseason only to plummet after preseason opener

How confident are you in the direction of the team?

No surprises here! Fans of most NFL teams gain confidence after free agency and the NFL Draft. The biggest indicator of true confidence, however, is when we see the team face another during a real (or as real as preseason gets) football game. That’s where we see ourselves now — only 36 percent of fans are confident in the direction the team is going.
