The Jacksonville Jaguars will travel to play the Miami Dolphins on Thursday night and head coach Doug Marrone has already ruled out nine players — many of whom are starters — from the Week 3 preseason contest.
Those players include:
WR Marqise Lee
RB Alfred Blue
LB Jake Ryan
LB Quincy Williams
LB Davis Tull
TE Charles Jones
TE Geoff Swaim
TE Josh Oliver
DT Marcell Dareus

Snaps for others are to be determined.
None of these are surprising, except maybe Dareus, but it should still allow the bulk of the starters on both offense and defense to get some meaningful snaps in.
On a related note — what the heck are the Jaguars going to do about the tight end position?
