2019 NFL odds Week 5: Jaguars open as 3.5 point underdogs vs. Panthers

The Jacksonville Jaguars are currently opening as 3.5-point underdogs against the Carolina Panthers. I think this gets bet up to where the Panthers become larger favorites as the week goes on because the 3-point line is Vegas pretty much saying:

“These teams are equal and Carolina gets three points for being at home.”

That’s according to Bet Online, also has the over/under set at 41.0 points.

I think over the next four weeks, this is a bet to stay away from. If Jalen Ramsey doesn’t play again, pound the 3.5 points for Carolina as long as you can get it there. But I think it’ll go up to somewhere in the 4-6 range by end of week. But I’d rather just stay away from this thing altogether.

tl;dr — I don’t want to bet on either team but if I had to put money down I’d say over 41.0.
