Former Jacksonville Jaguars defensive tackle John Henderson will be leading a gameday tradition at TIAA Bank Field — the first “DUUUUUVVVVVAAAAALLLLLL!” shortly before kickoff against the Kansas City Chiefs.

“This week, TIAA Bank Field welcomes legendary former defensive tackle John Henderson to lead fans in the First DUUUVAL of the game. Henderson, who received national notoriety for his pregame prep routine which involved an athletic trainer slapping him in the face, is a fan favorite in Duval. Henderson played eight seasons for the Jaguars, amassing 426 tackles, 29.0 sacks and eight forced fumbles in 124 career games for Jacksonville. He earned two Pro Bowl selections during his tenure with the Jaguars. Henderson will take the microphone for the game day tradition at approximately 12:50 p.m. to get fans ready for the game. The First DUUUVAL is presented by Duval Motor Company.”

This seems like a perfect opportunity to once again share this amazing video that will make you laugh, cry, think, and reflect.

Go Jaguars.
