It’s that time of week, folks. We went 2-2 last week (again) and our Bet The Mortgage bet failed, but we’re still at double your money territory.
Stay the course. Trust the process. Get better everyday.
How does Week 4 look and what are the best games to throw some money at? Let’s check it out!
Note: I used OddsChecker on Thursday morning and you can check them out here.
New York Jets (-1) vs. Denver Broncos
The Jets come into #ThursdayNightFootball as the favorite over the Broncos, but who’s the betting public backing?

The Jets are atrocious and Adam Gase is a disease. But this team is at home facing Brett Rypien on a short week. There’s no way they tie or lose to Denver... right? Right?
Bet on the Jets to win by more than a point.
Dallas Cowboys (-4.5) vs. Cleveland Browns
I liked the Cowboys to cover even before reading Tyler Sullivan of CBS Sports point out that clubs that have started 0-3 ATS over the last 10 years that are favored in their fourth game cover 64% of the time.
Bet your mortgage on the Cowboys to win big against the Browns.
Kansas City Chiefs (-6.5) at New England Patriots
Patrick Mahomes absolutely dominated a stud Baltimore Ravens defense. He and Andy Reid are a match made in heaven and I expect them to score all over a New England Patriots secondary that wilts this week.
Bet on the Chiefs to win by a touchdown.
Cincinnati Bengals (-3.0) vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
I don’t think Jacksonville wins this week. I think it’s Joe Burrow’s first professional win. And until that defense shows me they’re worth betting American dollars on, I’ll always remember how Ryan Fitzpatrick carved them up for 31 points.
Bet on the Bengals to win by more than a field goal.
Overall: 8-4-0 (66.7%)
