The Jacksonville Jaguars (1-4) and Detroit Lions (1-3) are battling it out in Week 6 of the 2020 NFL season.
Will this be a bounce back game for this team after four straight losses? Will the Detroit Lions get a much needed win in their fight for the NFC North?
Before the game begins, we wanted to ask the Big Cat Country team (and you!) a simple question... and we’re going to have John Shipley of Sports Illustrated join us this season too!
“How will the Jaguars do today?”
Alfie Crow (@AlfieBCC)
The Jaguars finally realize they have a good running back in James Robinson and give him a good workload.
Jaguars win 30-24
Record: 2-3

Until Jay Gruden can show me he’s out of this play calling rut and can plan the right scheme for the specific weaknesses of the opposing team, I’m going to have my doubts.
Lions win 30-21
Record: 3-2

The Jaguars should utilize James Robinson more often against the porous Detroit rush defense. I think we see a close game all the way through, but the Lions have a tendency to implode in the fourth quarter. Jaguars sneak it out late.
Jaguars win 28-27
Record: 2-3

These two teams have almost nothing going for them and are coming off of losses, but somebody has to win right? RIGHT?!
Jaguars win 24-21
Record: 1-4
Demetrius Harvey (@Demetrius82)
I probably shouldn’t be predicting them to win ever again, but here we are. I think the Jaguars play well at home against a team that can’t seem to find its groove.
Jaguars win 28-17
Record: 1-4
John Shipley (@_John_Shipley)
I think the Jaguars turn it over too much and aren’t able to stop Matthew Stafford in key situations.
Lions win 28-20
Record: 3-2
