The Houston Texans have made a trade for Arizona Cardinals running back David Johnson, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Involved in the trade is Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, who is going to the Cardinals along with a couple of draft picks being swapped.

My God.

The Texans will reportedly also take on all of Johnson’s salary because... sure, why not?

After losing the starting job to Kenyan Drake, it was only a matter of time before Arizona shipped Johnson somewhere.

Despite playing in 13 games last season, Johnson finished with only 715 yards from scrimmage for six touchdowns.
