The Jacksonville Jaguars will add at least one quarterback to their roster between now and when the season starts (if it actually does this year) and you can add running back Leonard Fournette to those in support of signing free agent Cam Newton.
Appearing on ESPN’s First Take on Thursday morning, Fournette was asked what he thought about Newton signing in Jacksonville. His answer was pretty plainly positive:

“Cam went to the Super Bowl. He’s a great guy. I’ve been on Cam for a minute now. Like I told some people who talked to me — no disrespect to Minshew — we’re just trying to get the best at this position so we can win. That’s all that was about. Just a friendly competition, that brings out the best in people.”
Warren Moon was also supportive of Jacksonville signing Newton and if the Jaguars had to sign a veteran quarterback, many fans want it to be Newton.
