Happy Monday, everyone! Here’s all the Jacksonville Jaguars news that’s fit to print... around the Internet.

We’ve got some breakdowns on rookie edge rusher K’Lavon Chaisson, a team-wide cook-off, some Will Richardson news, and more.

Breaking down K’Lavon Chaisson’s production at LSU

When the Jacksonville Jaguars selected LSU defensive end/outside linebacker K’Lavon Chaisson with the No. 20 overall pick in last month’s NFL Draft, they made a major investment into a position which has become the driving force of their defense for the last several years.

In Chaisson, who many draft analysts projected to be the No. 2 pass-rusher behind Ohio State’s Chase Young, the Jaguars took a roll of the dice on a young, athletic, and still developing edge player. The Jaguars needed to prioritize their pass-rush due to the uncertain future of defensive end Yannick Ngakoue, and in drafting Chaisson they made a call for both the present and the future.

Will Richardson making a move to left tackle

Movement is not an uncommon enemy for offensive lineman Will Richardson.

He has played every position besides center along the Jaguars’ offensive line since being drafted as a right tackle in 2018, and 2020 will be no different as the team and head coach Doug Marrone is set to move Richardson to left tackle next season.

How a winding road at quarterback has gotten us where we are today

The significance of stability at the quarterback position in the NFL can’t be understated. It has been proven over and over again — If you want to find consistent success in the NFL and ultimately give your team a shot at the Super Bowl, you need to find an answer at the quarterback position.

Since 2011, the Jacksonville Jaguars have started seven different quarterbacks, with none having a winning record as a starter (though one is currently at .500 ... but we will get to that). The Jaguars’ have gone through draft busts, failed veteran options, and regrettable contracts, all along going 43-101 in the nine-year process.

How many games are the Jaguars winning in 2020?

The 2020 NFL regular season schedule is out and the Jacksonville Jaguars will have their work cut out for them, especially in the middle of the schedule.

Without further ado, let’s go week by week and make some win-loss predictions!

Jaguars get social with “virtual” cook-off

With players unable to meet face-to-face, creative methods must be used in order to create unity one would be able to have happen organically from within the locker room.

A simple, friendly competition has never harmed anyone, but there is no doubt players will be trying their hardest to win a cook-off to be judged later this week by a panel which includes Jaguars team nutritionist Mindy Black.

Jaguars head coach Doug Marrone is all for team-bonding exercises, noting it’s importance on Friday when discussing the virtual offseason that has presented unique challenges for teams league-wide.
