Former Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Telvin Smith has pleaded not guilty to charges of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, according to Duval County court records (via News 4 Jacksonville).

Unlawful sexual activity with certain minors carries a sentence of up to 15 years in prison, and is a second degree felony.
Smith was arrested last week on April 29, when officers showed up at his residence. Smith posted his bail of $50,003, and has a court date scheduled for May 20.
