The second-year sensation has been taking the league by storm since taking over for an injured Nick Foles at the beginning of the 2019 NFL season and it’s been Minshew Mania ever since. He finished his rookie season with more yards per game, fewer interceptions per throw, and more game-winning drives than any other rookie quarterback. His touchdown percentage, interception rate, and adjusted yards per attempt were all well within the top half of the league last year too.
And to top it all off, his six wins weren’t just a record among 2019 rookie quarterback — it was the most wins by a rookie quarterback in Jaguars franchise record.
