Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Quincy Williams is headed to the reserved/injured list. The linebacker had core muscle surgery last month, and there is “no timetable” for his recovery according to head coach Doug Marrone.

Williams is eligible to return from injured reserve later this season after three weeks as is the case with all players placed on the team’s reserve/injured list. No player listed prior to cut-down day is eligible to return, including tight end Josh Oliver.

This move was also made to move recently signed quarterback Mike Glennon to the active roster. Glennon was added to the practice squad on yesterday, but with Williams injury, Glennon was moved up.

Rounding out the Jaguars roster moves this week are more additions to the practice squad. Former Philadelphia Eagles defensive back Sidney Jones and former Cleveland Browns defensive tackle Daniel Ekuale were moved to the practice squad, and cornerback Tramaine Brock was released from the teams injured/reserve list via injury settlement.
