Tony Boselli is a finalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame for what seems like the millionth year in a row.
Tony Boselli will not be making it into the Pro Football Hall of Fame for what seems like the millionth year in a row.
As it happens every year around this time, Hall of Fame selectors make their pitches to the rest of the team on why their candidate should be voted in. That means another three minutes you’ll never get back hearing Sam Kouvaris drone on about blue players and noodling around.
I mean, listen to this! I’m a Jacksonville Jaguars fan and after hearing Kouvaris drone on I’m now 50-50 on whether Boselli should get into Canton...
The HOF Selection Committee is meeting virtually today to discuss the candidates for the #PFHOF21 Class.

When you start your pitch with “well, he’s the only tackle on the ballot” it’s not going well, folks.
Let’s just hope that the other voters missed the part where Kouvaris slipped in there that the other great tackles of his era never said Boselli was better than them.
Go Jaguars.
