The Jacksonville Jaguars, like 29 other NFL teams, are out of the playoffs. The offseason is here for all but two teams.
The annual Senior Bowl is the first premier event with legitimate NFL talent. And you can count on likely seeing at least one future Jaguars player on the field this week during practices and culminating in the game on Saturday afternoon.
Why?
Historically, the Senior Bowl has produced legitimately good talent. I’m talking players picked every round — and previous regimes (which new general manager Trent Baalke worked with) have taken advantage. Since 2013, the Jaguars have drafted 13 players who have appeared in the game, including Brandon Linder, D.J. Chark, Telvin Smith, Gardner Minshew, and most recently Ben Bartch and DaVon Hamilton.
There are indeed some players the Jaguars will unearth at the game this year, but below is all the information you need to keep up with the game this week.
