Ideally, this is the next Jaguars coaching staff. If Khan truly wants to win--and it looks like he does--he has to make the best possible hires. $ is no object for the billionaire. Get the right people to make Lawrence the All-pro QB we know he should be.

QB coach-- P. Manning

Wr coach-- A hall of fame WR

DC-- Del Rio

Not sure about the other positions, but these are the most important.
