First off... we screwed up last week. The BCC Q&A totally fell through the cracks. Hopefully this week makes up for it. Let’s answer some Jacksonville Jaguars questions with 2021 NFL Draft just a few weeks away!

Today we’re talking about divas, draft picks, deciding to choose violence with your tweets, and more.

Kyle from Fredericksburg, VA

Q: Who do we take with the 25th overall pick? Kadarius Toney if he’s there?

A: I would love to pick a guy like Kadarius Toney. I’m sure Urban Meyer would too. But he’s a question mark for me in the first round simply because of the gaping holes on this roster and how important the position groups are where those holes exist. Jacksonville needs serious help at defensive line, tight end, and defensive backfield. I’d rather address one of those needs before picking Toney. (Sadly.)

Jacob from Jacksonville, FL

Q: What would it take to trade up to get Kyle Pitts? Do you think Urban Meyer will pull the trigger?

A: It would take almost our entire draft class and no. (But if he did it, I wouldn’t be opposed.)

Thomas from Gainesville, FL

Q: Which is a more likely scenario: Jacksonville trading back from the No. 25 pick or trading up from the No. 33 pick?

A: Trading up from the No. 33 pick. I think Urban Meyer is big mad that free agency wasn’t as big as he wanted it to be. He recognizes the need for playmakers and I think he’ll spend an extra pick on getting a guy he likes a little more than who is falling to him in the second round.

Kyle from Fairfax, VA

Q: Why did we waste money on Carlos Hyde instead of a younger back like Phillip Lindsay?

A: No clue. But like I said above, I don’t think Urban Meyer is happy about it.

Jeff from Rockland, FL

Q: Trevon Moehrig and Rondale Moore will end up getting picked by us?

A: I can see the Trevon Moehrig pick. I can’t see the Rondale Moore pick unless we trade up from the second round.

Thomas from Gainesville, FL

Q: Realistically speaking, how many upgrades on current starters will it take to get both the offense and defense playing at an “average” NFL level? Also, how many current starters are considered “average” or better?

A: If Trevor Lawrence is as good as we hope, that will go a long way. You need to rebuild the defensive line and secondary too. I think this team should be challenging for the AFC South in 2022.

Tbone from Jacksonville, FL

Q: Why did George Kittle wake up and choose violence?

A: Here is what Tbone is talking about.

I don’t know why the bad man decided to send that tweet, Tbone. I don’t know.

Ryan from St. Augustine, FL

Q: Is Gardner Minshew a diva? I’ve heard from two places that this might be true, because everything you read on the internet is true.

A: I shudder to think how my life would be if I were a millionaire NFL quarterback at 24 years old. I would be showing my whole ass every single day. No, Gardner is not a diva. He’s just having fun how he likes to have fun. And it’s all fairly harmless. Cringe? Sure, sometimes. But he’s not hurting anyone. Let him rock the mullet and air guitar to Mötley Crüe.

Jonathan from Hasbrouck Heights, NJ

Q: It’s easy to forget that we were close to missing out on Trevor. Who would we probably be taking if we had the No. 2 overall pick?

A: Justin Fields.

Michael from St. Augustine, FL

Q: What do we do with the 25th overall pick?

A: Boy, do we have an article for you!
