It is an interesting matchup because it could mean playoff hopes remain alive for the Pats or it could be the proverbial nail in the coffin for a struggling Cardinals team.

The Patriots have lost two games in a row and will certainly see this west coast trip as a game to right the ship and make a push for the playoffs. For the Cardinals, they’re also on a two game losing streak, but more importantly they’ve lost four of their last five and a loss on Monday Night Football would end all their hopes for a post season push.
