Zay Jones (knee) is active after missing six of Jacksonville’s nine games this season, including each of the past four. He plays an underrated role in the offense, as the Jaguars’ three-receiver sets perform much better with him in the lineup than Tim Jones or Elijah Cooks. Calvin Ridley could immediately benefit from Jones’ return.
Tyson Campbell (hamstring) and Jamal Agnew (shoulder) are out today. Agnew was swapped with Parker Washington (knee) on injured reserve earlier this week, so the rookie receiver is now expected to be Jacksonville’s primary return man. Look for second-year cornerback Gregory Junior to start in Campbell’s place.
Anton Harrison (back) and Roy Robertson-Harris (ankle) are active after being limited in practice this week. Trevor Lawrence (knee) didn’t practice on Wednesday but was a full participant on Thursday and Friday.
Elijah Cooks, Yasir Abdullah, and Cole Van Lanen are healthy scratches. DaVon Hamilton is a suprisinging inactive -- he’s played in just two games this season due to a back injury but didn’t appear on the injury report this week.
Significant inactives for the Titans include Andre Dillard (concussion), Treylon Burks (concussion), and Sean Murphy-Bunting (thumb). Tennessee will be down each of its top two tackles, as Nicholas Petit-Frere (shoulder) is on injured reserve.
