Jaguars vs Ravens: Player prop bets for Week 15

Our favorite Jaguars player props for Week 15 against the Ravens.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are taking on the Baltimore Ravens at 8:20 p.m. ET on Sunday. Here are our favorite player prop bets, via DraftKings Sportsbook, for this week’s contest.

Evan Engram over 49.5 receiving yards (-120)

Jacksonville’s tight end has stepped up in the past two weeks in Christian Kirk’s absence. In that span, Engram is easily leading the team in receiving with 20 catches, 177 yards and three scores. He has just three games with fewer than 40 receiving yards on the season, and seems to be the only trustable pass-catcher on the team right now.

Keaton Mitchell over 45.5 rushing yards (-115)

Gus Edwards over 31.5 rushing yards (-115)

The sixth-rounder had a nice post-bye rookie bump last week, as Mitchell set a season-high in team share of running back carries (50%). He’s recorded 9 totes for over 50 yards in each of his past two games and is averaging 8.5 yards per carry on the season -- which trails only fellow rookie De’Von Achane (9.2) as the highest single-season mark by any back in the Super Bowl era (min. 35 attempts).

Mitchell should get his simply by continuing to be explosive against a Jaguars defense that ranks sixth-worst in explosive run rate allowed since Week 10. Meanwhile, my fellow Gus should find success when the Ravens utilize man-blocking concepts. Jacksonville ranks 1st in EPA per play allowed against zone runs but 31st against gap runs; Baltimore is third in usage of gap runs and Edwards is top-10 in attempts, yards, and success rate on such plays.

I’m taking the over for both backs because I expect the Ravens to lead for most of the evening.

Full Week 15 bet slip:

  • Evan Engram over 49.5 receiving yards (-120)
  • Keaton Mitchell over 45.5 rushing yards (-115)
  • Gus Edwards over 31.5 rushing yards (-115)

Last week: 1-2

Full season: 23-29 (44%)
