In his Wednesday press conference, Jaguars head coach Mike Mularkey revealed that each of the three players that left Sunday's game with head injuries, including wide receiver Laurent Robinson, passed concussion tests and will rejoin the team in practice.
Robinson, a free agent addition by the team in the offseason, left the game in the first quarter and did not return. Also injured during the game were special teams ace, Montell Owens, and cornerback, Kevin Rutland. Fullback Greg Jones also left with a head injury after the opening kickoff, but passed a concussion test shortly thereafter and rejoined the team during the game.
Mularkey also told reporters that while the players are each going to return to practice, they will do so with limited contact, meaning they will likely appear on the injury report later on Wednesday.
Through three games, Robinson is tied with Maurice Jones-Drew for the team lead in receptions with eight and is second to Cecil Shorts III in receiving yardage with 115 yards.
