Thoughts: The Jaguars offensive line had an up and down day, and once again had a shake up mid-game. Brewster played just 17 snaps before breaking his foot and going to to bench. The Jaguars ran the ball well, but still gave up way too many sacks.

Thoughts: The snap distribution at the tight end position is no surprise, with Lewis getting the lion's share. This go-round however Lewis was actually used more in the passing game and it paid off big time. It's too bad it took so long for Lewis to start being a part of the passing game.

Thoughts: Last week the Jaguars were without Josh Evans, this week they were without Jonathan Cyprien and Evans working back from injury. Chris Prosinski saw extended playing time and all it really did was affirm that he's much more suited as a special teams player than a base defensive player. He graded out poorly in run support by PFF and led the team in missed tackles.

One of the biggest criticisms in Sunday's loss to the Bills was the Jaguars play calling in the redzone, but head coach Gus Bradley supported the one most people focus on.

One of the biggest criticism in Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Buffalo Bills naturally was offensive play calling, because everyone is an expert after a play has failed. One call in particular that most people have complained about was a toss play to running back Jordan Todman in the redzone.

Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley supports the call however, and explained on Monday that it was just a lack of execution.

"There was some execution that could have been better," Bradley told the media during his press conference on Monday. "For whatever reason, Uche (Nwaneri) got off the ball late. He would have had a chance to get around there and get a block. Will (Ta'ufo'ou) tried to cut and if he had it over again, he would have stayed high. If we execute it right, it's a good play."

The Jaguars were pretty successful on the day running the ball with Jordan Todman, who was filling in for an injured Maurice Jones-Drew. Todman however is not really a back you slam off center on the goal line, he's more a speed to the edge type player, which is exactly why the Jaguars attacked the edge with a toss play.

What really made this play sting however, is the fact that Chad Henne was picked off immediately following it.

The biggest reason for the Jaguars loss on Sunday was because of the turnover battle, especially brutal redzone turnovers.

The Jacksonville Jaguars moved to 4-10 on the season following their 27-20 loss to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, but it felt like a game that the Jaguars let slip away. Not to discredit anything that the Bills did at EverBank Field, as they capitalized and forced mistakes, but it was a game that could have just as easily been a Jaguars victory if not for four turnovers.

"Four turnovers, you’re not going to win any games," Jaguars quarterback Chad Henne said after the loss to the Bills.

We looked at the turnover differential last week and how it was a big factor in the Jaguars change of form since they bye week, as they were winning the battle +5. On Sunday though, the Jaguars lost the battle at -2, but not only that, they had multiple red zone turnovers.

"You lose the turnover battle and your chances of winning are very slim," Henne added. "Our job is to protect the ball and score points when we’re down there and keep it in our favorable end of the field."

As discussed before, this season the Jaguars just aren't a team who can win losing the turnover battle, especially when the turnovers occur in the redzone.

Read what Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley and Jaguars players had to say following their loss to the Bills.

Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley on the game overall:

"I thought overall looking at the game it was a game of missed opportunities. We had some opportunities in the game to capture and we didn’t play like we’re capable of playing whether it was a fumble, interception, things like that that took place. I think in the locker room our hearts are broken right now because of this but I felt like our spirit is not. I think with a challenge in the second half was to come out and compete like we’re capable of competing; we posed that challenge to our guys. We felt like we were doing some things, the effort was good but the competitive spirit that we’re used to being around felt like it wasn’t quite the level we needed. The second half I did feel it. A guy like Jordan Todman really stepped up and we had some guys step up. We had some unique opportunities and guys did well. We knew guys were going to get some opportunities for the first time. Kerry Taylor playing, Todman and a guy like Jacques (McClendon) we were pleased with them. We will take a look at film but overall to get thrust into that situation like a guy like Jacques is pretty good, so we’ll continue to evaluate and I think we will learn from this. Our team will, without a doubt, capture everything on tape, show it to our players and we’ve got to get better through this."

Chad Henne on if he thought the Jaguars gave the game away:

"Absolutely. There were too many opportunities. The turnovers obviously. We were down there in the redzone and a fumble and an interception, at the end there. We hurt ourselves. But you have to give them credit; they did a good job on defense. They had a little more on offense."

Uche Nwaneri on if he expected Jordan Todman's performance:

"Yeah, I kind of saw it coming. The guy’s got great speed, and he’s a young player who’s learning the game. He’s obviously learning it from one of the best, and he’s trying to emulate some of the things he does. It was good to see (Todman) out there running the ball. We didn’t miss a beat."

Jordan Todman on being an NFL starter:

"I feel like this has been my dream to one day be a starter. I’ve been putting in the work through preseason and throughout the season. You feel more comfortable with yourself and see what you can showcase. You kind of say that the sky is the limit and you try not to give yourself a set goal and let the chips fall as the go."

Geno Hayes on defensive miscues:

"That’s things we can build on, but at the same time, we know that those guys were good, but the things we gave them were about us missing tackles and assignments. Things of that nature, that’s something you have to get fixed and I know we’ll get them fixed."

With their loss to the Buffalo Bills, the Jacksonville Jaguars were eliminated from the 2013 NFL playoffs.

The Jacksonville Jaguars still had a shot at making the 2013 NFL playoffs heading into their matchup with the Buffalo Bills. The Jags needed to not only win, but get significant help from a handful of other teams around the NFL, but the small window slammed shut on Sunday afternoon.

The Jaguars lost to the Bills 27-20 to move to 4-10 on the season, ending their chances to have an improbable run at the NFL playoffs.

Hilariously enough, the Jaguars still have a chance to finish with 6 wins and go 5-1 in the AFC South this season.
